I am a first time landlord in southeast Texas.

Same with North and South, if you look on a map you don't have to get but a few blocks Southeast of the square before you are dealing with prostitution, drugs and more.

Regarding the referral to Brock and Scott, note that the attorney firm Brock and Scott (B&S) operates as a trustee in the Carolinas and throughout the southeast US.

Based out of Eatonton, GA, and operate all in the southeast.

We have a property in Southeast Washington DC, that was originally a Duplex and it was converted to one big 5 bed 3 bath unit by the owner.

(To give you guys an idea, I live in Southeast Idaho where the housing market is really thriving.

I also want to get into the market at below market value if possible (I am sure everyone does)  After a lot of research I have limited my options to a few cities in the south east that I feel fit my needs of cash flow and potential higher than average appreciation best.
