Keep doing what is working AND expand your sphere of influence while you cast your vision to potential partners.

Now don't get me wrong:  If your goal is more audacious like I want to build a 100 million dollar real estate company and I am starting out with a SFH but my vision is so much grander then you should absolutely be looking for better opportunities.For us more simple minded investors, my advice: choose a strategy you like (feel comfortable) and perfect it!!!!  

Unless you intended this to be a flip, consider what your vision was for the property investing 60k to make it new again.

I proposed a unique opportunity for them to become co-owners, aligning their expertise with the vision for revitalization.

I have the vision to create tiny home communities and am looking for those interested in the same thing!

We like those kinds of stories, where other developers don't have the vision and pass.

Being in Texas, it's always 'go big or go home', so I have a vision of providing 60+ of these residential communities in every town on the IH35 corridor. 

It might make sense for you to get really clear on your vision and your why and then reverse engineer your next steps from there.

I am less focused , my vision is not as clear, and I am less motivated.I think there is a chemical reaction in our brain when we physically check off each task we wrote for that day.

You, your family, your vision, your priorities, your mindset, your fears, your productivity... these & more are able to be expertly focused on for your growth.
