WRITING DOWN DAILY GOALS SETS UP LONG TERM GOALS

One of my secrets is to write down my 12 week goals and daily goals. Big 12 week goals becomes very manageable and realistic when you plan out your week and write down daily goals that will bring you closer to the big goals. I  like to use KPI (key performance indicators) to measure the necessary daily action that I need to take to reach my goals. Examples of KPIs can be making 90 cold calls a day, analyzing a deal a day, or skip tracing 20 individuals.

I firm believer that if structured correctly we can accomplish goals that would take a year in 12 weeks . For more information read 12 Week Year by Brian P. Moran.

I  know that writing down your goals on a daily increments work because  I  have tried going about my week without writing my goals. I am less focused , my vision is not as clear, and I am less motivated.

I think there is a chemical reaction in our brain when we physically check off each task we wrote for that day. For best results you need accountability and self honesty.

I challenge you to try this.
