Remember rock, granite  marble etc. is a porous material.

(High ceilings with exposed beams, 2BR 2.5 Ba, all granite counters, all hardwood....and at least 20 or so steps to go up the second floor.

I have chosen white maple cabinets with granite so far but i would like some input before making the final sale.

Speaking of rules, I just renovated this with porcelain tile floors throughout, new kitchen cabinets, granite counters, LED lighting.

It was modern sometime around the middle of the last century LOL.I feel the same way about stainless steel and granite as I do about avocado green appliances. 

This is a nice unit with granite counters, I hope they don't do damage as retribution. 

This would include, hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless appliances, double bathroom sink, open floor plan.I try to combine this with my wants as a landlord which is hard-surface floors and low maintenance everything.A couple examples, we use a lot of wood-grain vinyl.

All of my properties are either brand new or completely renovated in the last 3 years and have stainless steel appliances, granite, wood floors, brand name faucets and everything is color coordinated and matches.
