That means you need a local lender as banks don't usually lend more than 30 miles away from thier building, but, I might find a branch affiliate, but I'd still not have any relationship with them.I doubt I'd trust a brand new to me contractor guy unless it was a well established company in that area.

Part two of my question... when a lien holder with ‘an interest in’ in Ohio property (e.g. a Bank) markets via an internet site which appears to not be affiliated with a licensed Ohio brokerage, the lien holder is certainly 'ready, willing, and able' to buy/assign if need be.
