Can you get a HELOC on investment property?

@Danny Nelson unfortunately my company doesn’t broker this deal to Pen Fed. You would need to go to their website and make application with them and get the list of items needed directly from them. 

I just like to make sure my borrowers know where to go to get the best deals on the loans they may need to fit their goals. So I try to stay up to speed on the competitions loan programs so I can get my borrowers to where they need to go? 

A HELOC on a rental is a rare commodity, most companies don't offer them, but they are a much needed item for many investors. Because of that, I searched them out and can relay solid info to my borrowers.
