@Mike Lynch happens every day all day.. people buy homes from other people.only thing that gets a little sketchy is when you or an investor aquires a property through false pretense's.. it can be a moral issue .. or it can be a legal issue.however this is why I like buying off of MLS when I can .. once its listed to the world whatever we agree on there is no issue with me as the buyer being accused of taking advantage of someone else.taking advantage usually means taking advantage of the less educated or the older folks that may be a tad confused... like they read their tax bill and see there house is assessed at30k and when its worth 100k and they think its only worth 30k and sell it for that.

Hi, i am working from overseas in italy and need to make phone calls back to the US. i only have an italian number, i have an iphone with the availability to download apps, etc. i need an app or something to allow me to use a US number to make calls from Italy back to the US.i would like to use my italian phone and just be able to use a false american phone number. any advise?

I would hope that a bank would not give you any false information about the tenant having a HAP contract, but I can tell you that where I buy they will never have a voucher participant on a month to month contract.

I do not want to make any false assumptions, but I can't imagine a world where the taxes are continued to be based on the previous home value?
