Mike Lynch Ethics of paying off someone's home?
1 January 2016 | 6 replies
@Mike Lynch   happens every day all day.. people buy homes from other people.only thing that gets a little sketchy is when you or an investor aquires a property through false pretense's.. it can be a moral issue .. or it can be a legal issue.however this is why I like buying off of MLS when I can .. once its listed to the world whatever we agree on there is no issue with me as the buyer being accused of taking advantage of someone else.taking advantage usually means taking advantage of the less educated or the older folks that may be a tad confused... like they read their tax bill and see there house is assessed at30k and when its worth 100k and they think its only worth 30k and sell it for that.
