Need advice how to selling without realtor
We have bought and sold always through a realtor. However we are going to be selling our next project on our own. I assume we just contact a title office to handle the closing. Any advice on this? Thanks!!!!

Do you have a buyer lined up? If so, just do the closing with a title company. If not, well, selling retail without commissions is a pipe dream. The least you can spend for a retail sale is to pay a flat fee agent to get the property on the MLS and then pay the full buyer's agent commission. If you refuse to pay the buyer's agent's commission, well, buyers just aren't going to see your house.
