My nephew (brother, grandfather, etc.) has to have surgery and will be moving in after it’s done and we will be keeping his pets (I didnt even ask what they were)My favorite advice is “If you have a fish or a lizard, that’s fine there is no pet fee”I really have to work hard not to say sarcastic or jokey stuff and be professional.
