I recommend not only posting the notice but photographing the notice itself and a copy of the envelope/notice posted to the door with date/time stamp. 

You have to take their "Premium" Plan to get verified date/time stamp signatures like the ones you get with DocuSign, especially if you need more than one signer per document.
