Seeing a similar trend in our neck of the woods.

For plumbers, I don’t have a go-to POC quite yet for our neck of the woods but have a few larger companies with lots of positive reviews that I would call up if I had any problems.

Yes maybe you put 3.5% down BUT if that deal goes bad you have a ton of debt around your neck dragging you down.

If it was ripped like the one in the pic, no wonder why it didn't taste tender enough - too much muscle and not enough fat.

Yes credit is good, and really stuck my neck out on the spec house.

Think of shows like Dance Moms and then have 300 of those ladies breathing down your neck for 5 years straight... definitely learned how to handle people in a calm and collected way.

Because of the way I am at work (I pushed myself perhaps too hard), I'm going to talk to my doctor Monday and see if I can get some extra time off from work to let my leg (and the muscles) heal more from surgery.
