I need an electrician and an plumber for Fitchburg MA

Electrician needs to replace tubes with electrical panels and check inspect properties to make sure they work as expected. Plumber needs to test gas lines as they were shut off by previous landlord so plumbing needs to pass inspection by the city so gas meters can be installed again.
