Etc if it's only roots causing the blockage then have someone snake it with a root cutter and run root killer down it, obviously remove any shrubs and or trees that could be causing the damage.

It will depend on the property and the price you paid for it.Selling after 2-3 years is risky for cash flow - unless you get a killer deal when you buy.

If everything else is stellar, it would not be a deal killer for me if its a real low $$ and years agoI do have a "no evictions" in my criteria, but not a "no collections", so I wouldn't be altering my screening.
