I allow well-trained family dog but require a much larger refundable security deposit, renter's liability policy with me as additional insured, vet records showing breed, age, and current vaccines (no restricted breeds or mix of restricted breeds, no puppies), proof of legal license if city required, and Canine Good Citizen certificate (I interview the dog myself if in same town).
