Income per capita are approximately equal both sides of the border.  

I'm in North Andover, MA just across the NH border.

I'm sure that we will eventually expand into Northern DE, if for no other reason than the border is only about 5 miles from our house.

Don't worry I'm not looking to hop the border to find deals so I won't be competition if you are:)

But I checked the past few months of auctions (I live in a very rural area so I am hoping it's not as competitive in my county as it is in the bordering counties) and similar properties, even nicer and more expensive properties, have gone for around starting bid.

Harris is on the border of Jefferson park, so it does put you at the front lines of East Point's crime, much of which emanates from the high school across the street from the property you are looking at.  

Each region/area has a patchwork of multiple MLS's hacked together over the years, and typically each MLS will get a realtor auto-access to MLS's that border it's region.)

Possibly buy and holds across the border as well.

If it does not border me with the periodic unload process, then I will continue buying/placing more of them knowing that I will transition to an automatic (card system) at some point in the future.
