I did real well in Atlanta in 2011 then the hedges came in and kicked to the curb we were.. but i think we scored 54 homes that year.. and all great deals.. but as you know 2011 is not here today.. that was a time and place that will probably not be re created.. i mean i bought some brand new homes that never got lived in for less than 50kI was buying duplex's in fort Meyers at auction for 25 to 30k.. it was insane.. and could i raise 100 million..

I agree #3 doesn't make sense and may need to be re-worded.Of perhaps greater importance, and related to paragraph 4, if the wholesaler in this case does not have a financing contingency and inspection period in his/her contract (and a financing contingency would be highly unlikely), I don't think you can add them via an assignment contract.
