General Contractor needed in Spokane

Hi Everyone, I'm looking for a reliable GC to see a project through from start to end. Preferably one that comes highly recommended from personal experience. Investor-friendly that will provide a detailed itemized list of labor/materials for the work to be done. I'm an out of state investor so I'll be relying on one that can't effectively communicate and meet timelines. 

I'm also needing an arborist that can remove a few tall pines as well.
