If it's that easy, you should have done it long ago, throwing in some cabinets and a work level surface.  

For example, the roof, electrical system, plumbing system, floor coverings, interior wallcoverings, exterior surfaces, each appliance, HVAC systems, and so on.

Note that wiping off visible mold with bleach only cleans the surface, and does not take care of the mold issue.

So on the surface the choice seems pretty obvious.
