You ever dealt with Green Tree Financial...

Last week I got a lead from a seller who hadn't made a payment on their B of A mortgage in 5 years which I could barely believe especially with this property being in Houston in a nice neighborhood... go figure! (Dang on bailout money those banks got, smh)

Anywho, just before calling us the loan was transferred or bought by Green Tree Financial. On the surface it looks as if a short sale is our only option on this and I just wanted to see if any of the BP family has dealt with these guys before...
