A 30" wide table needs almost 8' minimum, so you can see it's tight but do-able.Now, back to the pantry...as Marcia suggested, the right exterior wall could be used (if there's no window) for a floor-to-ceiling, 12" deep pantry, with racks on the inside of the doors, at least 3' from the door.

The only advantage I can see to individual sheds as opposed to self storage steel and masonry buildings is that you can scale slowly, by buying new sheds only as you need them.In every other way, cheap wooden sheds are going to be inferior to a storage building, and that will probably be reflected in the rent you can charge.

I agree@Brian ButterfieldGreat Job,I use to do videos as well because of how you see on the MLS with e virtual tours, but even I tend to skip the vid and go to the rack of pics that may be shown.

BUT ALSO at one point there was an open area for Machine maintenence where they kept some industrial cleaners , a few 50 gallon drums for Machine Lubricant purposes and a rack for Propane tanks that were used on the tow motors .

I can then use this cash in case of an "emergency" such as a new A/C unit, renters don't pay, can't find a renter, they trash the place, etc.The last things I want to do are borrow money from friends and family, rack up credit card debt, or hastily sell the house.Thanks for the advice.
