Looking to Have Stairs Re-Built in Akron, OH

I have a 3 unit in the Highland Square neighborhood of Akron which has external steps leading up to the 2nd and 3rd units.  I have had a couple contractors look at them but haven't found someone that is truly interested in working on them.  Any recommendations?

I would love to get this done soon as only one of the units is currently occupied so it would cause less tenant hassle.

Thanks in advance for any help.
