We plan to scale to 20-30 properties by end of year and was wondering if there's a better platform out there. 

I have used several but am wondering what everyone else is using and why you like/dislike it.

On the other hand, if you're aiming for long-term rental properties, getting prequalified with a lender specializing in traditional loans or DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loans is key.

So I wonder if I can sell my home in Idaho, purchase the new one under my personal name, then how many months or years must pass before I can setup an LLC as the owner of my primary residence, or if you think that will be a good idea?

I know the restrictions are pretty strict for STR’s but was wondering if it’s the same level of regulation for arbitrage.

Consider offloading an underperformer, or a high equity property and getting better, larger or more assets.

But it is very much applicable to single family rental and residential units simply by getting bridge financing and a post transfer cash out refi.

Anything beyond that makes me wonder if he might stay too involved.
