As landlords we hear the accusations and complaints fabricated by non paying tenants all the time.

I'm not suggesting that they are, but I'm curious as to the market forces you are witnessing that would cause you to say that.

The problem that i have witnessed is that many folks are not willing to save the money, to do the work necessary to be successful in RE and are not willing to make the sacrifices necessary to create a happy retirement.  

I never accused you of having a "meth-Lab" I only told you what could happen if it was one like you speculated.
