Once you have an idea of where you want to be, search and find 5-10 different real estate investing strategies (BRRR, turnkey investing, flipping, wholesaling, STR, padsplit, etc.) and list out 3 pros and 3 cons for each.

Hi there,Just wanted to hop on here to share my experience with Open Spaces.I had wholesaling and flipping experience prior to joining Open Spaces- but I never held on to a property to BRRRR prior to joining the group.

The danger is you'll be trading one transactional business for another.I would find others who have built a real wholesaling/flip business with systems so you can scale, and if you want, you have something to sell when it's time you've bought enough rentals.Good LuckGino
