On Friday afternoon and over the weekend I did all my due diligence (visible condition, title letter, city violations, outstanding utilities) and everything is pretty clean.

I'll be heading to LA and SD this weekend to scope out the potential places and areas (no offer on the cabin yet).

Then you pay more for a weekend...maybe $200-$300.   

What looks good on Zillow does not always look good in real life or just from a weekend trip.

(Nights, weekends, and holidays are shot in Hospitality and Unions have great benefits).

I'm not sure that I would attend the weekend. 

So I basically use the rently scheduler for my open houses/agent showings and I use the lockboxes for my weekend showings.
