A musician and I spend way too much time working than I do just living life!

Hi Guys,My name is James, I'm 26 years old and a professional musician in the Los Angeles County area.

A significant portion of my friends are rock musicians and I had just read Richard Florida's book "Rise of the Creative Class" - combined with the media, all signs seemed to point to Detroit. 

Newly licensed real estate, active musician, symphony lover, and happy first-time home owner living in Mission with my wonderful fiancé, Danny.

So, there's a better type of home-owner coming into the neighborhood, but the  D tenant pool is still the same - don't want to deal with them any longer.Started a creative community on one block and am only renting to creatives (artists, musicians, photographers etc).

I'm a real estate agent and musician.

I am a security officer, musician and real estate investor here in Calgary, Alberta Canada and just waiting for my security licence so I can get back to work in 3 more weeks but before that I hope I get my first deal ASAP.Blessings, Rain Pecson  Real Estate Investor

I work in the music business and there's a lot of lazy musicians.

My actual paid professions are Audio Design Engineer and Musician. 

Tenants: working class, punk musicians, artists, some college areas but these tenants need more personal attention and cash rents.
