I might just try to make a day of it and visit as many homes as possible!

Each month we visit a different active investment property and walk the attendees through all the nuances of each particular deal as well as answer any questions they may have.

I see that they hold their meetups at Lucky Labrador - I'll always accept any excuse to visit a good brew pub with good people.  

But one way that fits most is to visit a local REI Club meeting.  

When you get them to call you immediately have their number, even the people who don't leave there info I can get it when I or my assistant returns the call.If you try to get people to visit a website, even if they happen to visit it, the likelyhood of them leaving any info for you to contact them is slim to none.Use a company that makes hand written (looking) yellow letters that come in an invitation style envelope.

This is someone who takes the details of a doctor's or hospital visit and turns them into numerical codes for insurance companies and researchers to use to simplify the story of what happened during the visit as far as the patient's illness/injury and the treatments received.

I was starting to look into trustee sales and will probably visit a few next week to watch and learn. 

I'd call up or go visit a number of clubs, see what they have, and how it looks.
