So I finally set up a website using squarespace. I really feel like it's very reasonable price wise. One of my main reasons for setting a website up is because we want to start doing postcards/yellow letters to generate leads and I feel like people will be much more willing to have that be the first contact. I'm just wondering if anyone would be willing to share their website so I can look at it and maybe get my wheels turning? I'm not looking to copy anyone's website, just looking for ideas! Thank you in advance!

You want people to call you with yellow letters. If you don't want to take all the call then get an answering service.

If you try to get people to go to a website they see in there mailbox, your results are going to be dismal and your money will be wasted.

When you get them to call you immediately have their number, even the people who don't leave there info I can get it when I or my assistant returns the call.

If you try to get people to visit a website, even if they happen to visit it, the likelyhood of them leaving any info for you to contact them is slim to none.

Use a company that makes hand written (looking) yellow letters that come in an invitation style envelope. Don't use flashy postcards like the cable company does. People instantly trash those but if they think they are being invited somewhere then they will at least read it and that's half the battle.

Then I write ONLY "Hi Seller, My name is Buyer. I would like to buy your house. Please call xxx-xxx-xxxx." You will get at least 15-20 % contact rate guaranteed. Then you tell or text them about the website.

Good Luck
