It's unreasonable for the city to expect you to grow more land to accommodate a parking ordinance instituted after the building was built and was not in place at the time the occupancy permits were granted.One thing you may consider, if there's room, is to make the parking spaces smaller, if need be.

Here in Northern California, with standard ranch houses oftentimes pushing $1mil or more, spending a couple thousand on staging is not unreasonable and is quite common.

They tend to jave unreasonable price expectations, will not negotiate a home inspection in good faith, the property usually wont appraise because there is no listing agent involved, they wont drop the price when it doesnt appraise, they wont make lender required repairs and so on and so on.So why spend 20 hours on a transaction that is very unlikely to close?

(Hmm, now you magically have a way to get back and forth)...........and she does her 180.......essentially starts demanding all kinds of things that are totally unreasonable and plays the "I'm a tenant now, I gave you the deposit and the first month's rent!"
