If it has been on the open market and he hasn't gotten any traction to the point he is willing to just get rid of it, you really need to step back and look at the quality of the deal.

And while your in-house team could certainly incorporate these devices into a routine inspection/maintenance program, that will come at a cost.

@Aarron Light  Super interesting.I've always wondered about moving a home from a low cost of living area, where you can essentially purchase it for free or next to free and relocating it, within reason, to a higher cost of living area, set it and be well ahead.I was going a little extreme and wanted to relocate homes from Ohio/Michigan over to Ontario but couldn't seem to get any traction on import regs. 

During an inspection by the city, it was noted that the system lacks a backflow prevention device, which is not up to city code.3.

I would NOT QUIT your job until you start gaining traction with wholesaling business.

I've seen Lubbock pop up a bit in the forums and I know we could get some traction going.Fairly new to posting, so if this is the wrong area, my sincerest apologies.

It will be very hard to gain traction In the beginning.On the commercial side a closing can take 6 months or longer but I have many in the pipeline at various times.
