It is hard but as a realtor I pay attention to prices throughout the year so that I have an idea of whether or not it is a "real" discount.

Its also a good idea to keep any receipts (I use a google drive folder, they have a scan function that makes uploading receipts a breeze)

I have been seeing ideas for investing in a laundromat.

I know there is no one right answer and some variable, but looking for ideas/advice.
