I'm sorta tired of sunshine and oranges and alligators and old men.

Let's call it, "Sunshine Properties".

It seems that the rental demand in Florida has grown since many people have been flocking to this state for the sunshine and tax laws after the start of COVID and the rise in WFH.

I'm intrigued by the market here in Hawaii, I see housing prices that are triple the cost of something back home (for obvious reasons... such as sunshine all year long and proximity to several amazing beaches).

Don’t worry, sunshine, ocean and mountainswill always draw people.

But people will always like sunshine and the warm weather!

I need some sunshine again 😆What are your thoughts?

@Bruce Woodruff, Yeah we could do that, my thought was the summer is the popping months high occupancy, money is good, you know basically making hay while the sun shines.
