Both markets have there pros and cons.MA tends to be more expensive with higher rents and most markets have seen strong appreciation.CT tends to be less expensive and better Cashflow but appreciation has been less than spectacular in the last 10 years.

It would look a bit more spectacular in my case ;-) But I would definitely build a small water park on my property…that’s a must haha...I love everything that has to do with water...maybe with a small waterfall in the entrance area of the house as well…?
