Both markets have there pros and cons.MA tends to be more expensive with higher rents and most markets have seen strong appreciation.CT tends to be less expensive and better Cashflow but appreciation has been less than spectacular in the last 10 years.

It's English-speaking, cheap, has a beautiful coastline and rarely make the headlines.

Most of the time it's inflated numbers to indice a buyer to believe they are getting a spectacular deal.

It is the same reason people who like to cook open a restaurant and most fail in spectacular fashion.

There are pockets still performing well.My clients are not really buying anything on the coast lines.

It would look a bit more spectacular in my case ;-) But I would definitely build a small water park on my property…that’s a must haha...I love everything that has to do with water...maybe with a small waterfall in the entrance area of the house as well…?
