Jonathan Levi

Hi all! My name is Jonathan Levi. Currently, I own two properties: -A townhouse in Santa Clara, CA (purchased in 2009), which I'd like to 1031 exchange into a leveraged, cash-flowing apartment complex. I'm here to learn how to make that happen. I'm most excited about Charlotte, Raleigh, Atlanta, San Antonio, and Minneapolis. -An apartment in Tel Aviv, Israel (purchased 2016), which I live in. I'd like to sell it and upgrade to a large penthouse if possible. I'm also invested in a number of real estate funds and websites including: -AHP 2015+ Fund -AHP 2018 Fund -RealtyShares Minneapolis Project -RichUncles REIT I have a solid income through my business, and will be investing more and more of it into real estate over the coming years.
