I studied every week, and then dedicated several full day sessions before the end of course exam and the state exam.  

There are plenty of online courses but, I recommend the GAMLS online course.https://www.georgiarealestateschool.com/courses/sa...They provide you with a in-class cram session you can take before you take your exam.  

There is also the Baltimore REIA in Towson and MAREIA in Owings Mills (Google for details on their free general sessions, dates/times).  

There is a meeting next week the one Tuesday was a mastermind session. 

@Neal Downey the first will be a 2 hr session and then sell you a 3 day seminar for 200 for 2 people, if you are looking for inspiration, enough info to make you dangerous and looking to spend 35k you will find it there.

I was thinking maybe a session on building a basic website for real estate investors, real estate investors guide to understanding social media (maybe a four part- 1) understanding the platforms & identifying what works for you, 2) optimizing and measuring success and analytics, 3) crafting the message & building your community, 4) managing the process and content creation calendars). maximizing technology/automation for your real estate investing business, email marketing success strategies, and whatever else real estate investors wanted to learn about to DIY on the web.

Some are telephone sessions rather than face to face, which I prefer.

(You can arrive later than 6 PM but the earlier you get there the more opportunity you have to learn and meet people as we will have a Q&A session for the first 45 minutes.)

It costs like $20 per session to cover the room/food/etc.

School is in session 8 months per year, with 12 month lease contracts.
