We had said property under contract, buyer backed out at the last minute, screwing up our timing.

It's clear they're making a couple of dollars on the float while screwing their customers. 

I also find it hypocritical that anyone that has declared bankruptcy to get debt forgiven (screwing those that he owed money) is giving others financial advice.. 

In their attempts to make everything nicer and fairer, they just screw everything up.

Well, actually, many jump in without asking a lot of questions, but they get screwed by crooked/ignorant agents, contractors, etc.Many here will recommend starting out by finding a good agent.We emphatically DISAGREE!

My initial plan was to purchase the land cash, that way I could wait a little and see if prices went down (which they have a little) but a flip I was into, the contractor screwed me and the project took longer than expected and just sold (closing next month) which I might use to repay the hard money loan (so I can wait, or use tot pay the interest) Home prices have also risen as a result in higher supply costs. 

WE see so many folks get screwed royally by wholesalers.. dont be one of them. 

This would be no different than me saying that an unnamed painter screwed up a job. 

Love to hear your thoughts- AC unit needs to have an exterior side panels and brackets to support to secure the unit- Do not screw into the window sash as this will damage the window and you will be responsible- Install weather striping to avoid water or critters from entering your unit- Unit needs to be tipped towards the outside to avoid condensation and damage to floors- Landlord is not responsible for their Air conditioning unit if broken- Tenant is responsible for window, floor, ceiling damages caused by poorly installed window unit- Window unit should not be installed before May 1st and must be removed by Oct 1st

I'm so used to always packing my screw driver and misc tools bag I was packing them for my work trip.....Yes whenever we go to one of our places we are fixing stuff, or hiring people to fix stuff, or writing down stuff to fix in the future.....But we do take time to relax too.
