Among other efforts, I spread a rumor in the office that whoever finds me a good property that we will eventually buy, I will make sure to pay them.

@Aaron Gordy and both tunneling project rumors and filed permits for battery production is likely foreshadowing of even more growth for the area.

I recently heard a rumor that the VA Loan benefit has changed.

I’ve heard rumors about plans the government is getting ready to set into motion that will force home owners to give possession of all private property over to where no one will be allowed to own their own homes.

@Jared Miller  There are rumors that Chase is pretty strict with both mortgages and credit cards during these Covid times, and I wouldn't at all be surprised if you tried to transfer title, they would call the loan in immediately.  

Additionally, the airport is located there and we know Southwest Airlines is coming, and there is also a rumor that the Colo Spgs airport is getting a $10 million upgrade.

I happen to own a large warehouse in new jersey, and i have a buyer that is willing to buy it for a nice price.However there are some rumors out there that the local government is planning to rezone the whole street for commercial purposes and a agent told me this can get to an eminent domain case in which the government will force me to sell at a certain price.
