I don't like oil heat or even radiators for that matter.

or a hot water system with cool modern radiators and a split unit for AC.this last one is easier for construction with less demolition, but I am not sure how it comes in cost and buyers perception.Any other options in between?

They are hung and partially installed but I don’t want to finish and screw radiators baseboard down to lead baseboards that are going to get ripped out and potentially damage the new baseboard heating elements that I would have just installed.

Heat is delivered via one boiler (heated with natural gas) that feeds steam to radiators throughout the building.

I see this in a lot of older bathrooms that aren't properly ventilated and also behind old radiators under a window.

The other downside is since it is a dedicated FA AC system, the vents need to be covered with magnet covers in the winter so ducts don't condensate in the months it's not in use.The old steam radiator heat has been wonderful!!!
