Hello Account Closed,This is unfortunate but although it is a shock to you, the Dept. of State has probably seen this happen many times.Agreed with @Kevin Sobilo, go to the state. 

So this was shocking to me and her.  

It happens that the facts in Wake county didn't support my preliminary expectations.

For example I highly suspect he purchases for a value that will shock you.

Looking for a rental after 13 year, he may be in a bit of shock at the rental prices, but that's his problem.As for damage deposit, you can only keep money for damages that you know he did (ie anything since 2022). 

REI definitely isn't for anyone and it can be a shock to someone who is not business oriented.

@Scott MacThanks for sharing the personal experience rather shocking to have assets frozen for a simple premises liability case.  

I still am shocked at how poor we did on the lottery seeing we had maximum lottery entries.
