I have nothing but praise for the man.

Establishments such as B Spot Burgers, run by Utah Native chef Michael Symon or spokes and Steele run by Tyson Peterson are reasons why the city is receiving so much praise for its culinary talents.

If they're active they should have more than one person singing their praises and the occasional hateful post because, well, things don't always work out 100% of the time.

He praised the condition of mine and really had nothing bad to say.

I would simply have a friendly conversation with the tenant, praise him for his good intention and fine workmanship, but let him know to ask you next time.

For some reason though, people praise the unit and say things like "I can't believe how nice you've made this place" and then for whatever reason never submit an application.  

So after getting through the first few chapters and saw all of the "unbiased" praise, I decided to check BiggerPockets out.

As I see the value in the meetings, and praise the help that they have given to so many people...
