If you buy units and park them with a PM you will likely have a much harder time reaching this goal than if you self manage.

We currently use Rent Manager for our property management software for our mobile home parks and other rentals, etc, but use QBO as our main accounting books.  

You can always house hack, buy a multi family, do a trailer park and live in a trailer etc.

Study up on warrantable vs non-warrantable condos.One idea I think for a fresh grad, is to find a great RV park operator. 

A cash-out refinance might be better if you want to park the money somewhere.

Having 4 kids moving property to property was not always a walk in the park for us.

The property is located in Lyell Otis relatively close to the Jr wilson park.

I do a lot of business near the parks with STR and I know the HOA fees can make it really difficult to make the numbers work.
