You couldn't spend 5 minutes in there without gagging, now catching a couple of them & relocating under the shed would be a fun experience for you.Another great under the shed odor would be rotting fish or liquid pig manure :)

He said anytime there's an odor, he paints everything with that silver paint and then paints over with regular paint.Has anyone heard of this?

The installation will be a slab on grade, and I've read some negative reviews about installation on concrete and specifically basements, and one review of the Allure product had to rip it out after experiencing a chemical odor that wouldn't go away.Is the vinyl plank easy to swap out if you have damage?
