The demand is pretty high especially if you are near Hospitals and Military Bases.

Best, Brandon Yes I live in an a pretty large military town, theres a few universities here and major hospitals. 

That was the moment my spouse of 30 yrs retired from the military and decided to divorce me with no warning.

I was never in the Military as you probably recall though I put together a charity with a few other BP members called Aheroshome.org and we gave away a fully rehabbed home in Memphis that Chris Clothier did all the work on and we know the quality of his rehabs etc.

I have a VA loan option from when I was in the military I have not used and have the down payment I’d need for our next residence so I don’t necessarily need to sell in order to buy my next house.
