OK agreed.. but a simple home inspection and sewer scope would flush this out.. no PUN intended .. :)at this point forget about the agent.. the seller is paying the commish.. just do normal due diligence which is sewer scope and home inspection.

The wine business has grown a lot (no pun intended) in my area and continues to grow, so I wonder what kind of ROI I can expect, I am sure you need more info, but wanted to put the feelers out if I'm asking in the right forum.

If you continue to think creatively to keep those three aspects in check, you have the foundation (no pun intended...ok, maybe a little!)

Lastly, enforce parking lot surveillance by hooking up with a tow company (pun not intended).

(*no pun intended*).Basically, what I have seem to have found is that these state cultivation licenses make these non-profits (dispensaries, caregivers, collectives), 100% legitimate (given that they follow the law to the letter).
