first time investor looking to make a full time jump into fix flip. I like the grind so far of getting to know different people and players in real estate. I just move from Pennsylvania to Georgia and been putting in work trying to build my team. Right now am just trying to find a hard money lenders to help me get my first house under contract so I can really do some work with a flip under my belt. Am cool with any advice you can share with me. I been with bigger pockets for 2weeks now learning a lot but willing to know a lot more.
