My equipment came from 2 hours away 3 large trucks and 6 men on the payroll for the 4 hour round trip drive.

Be certain that you have a good team in place (property manager, handy men, etc).

They may come from families that had servants before and have never so much as picked a sock off the floor on their own, or else they're from a country where men never, ever do even a little housework, so if you've got single males particularly, it can be like renting to a really, really, really gross American college student who is used to mommy doing everything for him. 

I can't tell you how many service men and women have created lasting wealth for themselves simply by buying a house or two at each posting. 

I think as a little girl, construction work seemed like it was only for men because it was hard and complex.  

These have many middle men which equate to many fees.  

I sent in a couple of men to fix it and then they were told by someone that works with her that she has Covid.

I talked with the fireman & it was disappointing to learn that the facility will be new but they are not adding any new fire trucks (2) or men (3).

Besides, he was old when she met him, and bluntly, young girls don't choose old men without a good reason. 

In the end out of my lab that should have had 12 scientists there were 2 left, and both ladies...all the ones who left were men!
