What am I legally allowed to ask- Covid and entering a unit

I have recently had a tenant need work on their air conditioner. I sent in a couple of men to fix it and then they were told by someone that works with her that she has Covid. (Very small town) She didn’t wear a mask while they were there or let anyone know. Two questions.

1. Do I have the right to ask her before people enter and require masks when people are inside?

2. Can I confirm with her now that she does have Covid to let the two men know they should quarantine. It’s a small company and quarantining for them for no reason will hurt their business in the busy time for them.

Thanks!
