Flips can be done pretty easily in 7 days if they are simple and as mentioned with planning or a templated plan 7 days is totally doable even for one that needs a ton of work.That being said 1 day seems unrealistic unless they exclude a massive amount of planning before the project which maybe they are.    

Seeing this as an opportunity to have property at a massive discount in Los Angeles without needing to put $150k+ down would be great!

Hence they already tell to reduce the rate possibly in September.In all fairness to the unpredictability argument, the Fed had data showing massive spikes of inflation in 2021 while also knowing that the US government had injected trillions of dollars of stimulus into the economy during the pandemic but decided to pass it off as "transitory" due to "supply chain shocks" (not wrong, but wildly overblown). 

The purchase prices are cheaper, the supply/demand ratios are much more favorable, the cash flow is higher and more reliable and you can take advantage of the massive growth Atlanta is expected to see in the coming years and decades. 

Even when I have massive infections like that appendicitis, I don't run fevers.

Investing in SB is challenging, but it certainly can payoff massively if done right.

I’ll be most accurately judged in 5-7 years after all this dust has settled and people see which sponsors are still here, which got foreclosed, and which liquidated at massive losses.

Is to be saleable and relevant the home generally needs massive upgrades to make it modern.. your not going to get top dollar for a home thats been a rental for 15 years and is as is.. ( with the exception of high priced coastal markets ) .

Since there is no urgent crippling need to take massive action+mind shift,there are delays in starting, fear etc.
