I've been a marriage counsellor, botanist, mechanic, veterinarian, pharmacist, check cashing facility, taxi service, flat tire repair, tow truck, dump truck, ambulance service, fishing guide, hunting guide, gunsmith, locksmith, electronics technician, etc. 

Doesn't have to be the most expensive, but something that is more durable because some tenants are rough on stuff.For door locks, get one that the PM can reprogram/rekey (assuming they do it-mine hired a locksmith for some reason).

Ask her to call a locksmith to open the house and provide you with a key.

We have a locksmith lined up to go with us, but if the people tenant is there it could actually be a bunch of drama. 

The locksmith I spoke to said the electronic ones are not a good long term solution because of the possibility of them going out (and expense of then replacing it again), and I really like the dependability/reliability of the mechanical.

My lock smith suggested to just key the deadbolt and leave the knob as a passage to cut expense down.

Rather than calling the person who presumably rented the unit to them, they instead called a lock smith to change the locks!!

You won't need movers for the county just a locksmith which you can be along with ofcourse the locks. 

It's all relative...You can also try larger locksmiths, and ISTM I once ordered a set through Home Depot or Lowes.

I tell my tenants that I'm out of town so they need to call locksmith.
