I personally spend about 50K a year in masterminds and always get my money back just through network of individuals you get access to.

We're been mostly looking at single families, but that's because we don't have a huge network yet of others interested.

Wholesalers network and post deals there most of the time.

Attend in person networking events in your area (there are many in and around Vancouver). 

However, I would encourage you to Network work local real estate clubs in the PA/NJ area to help identify your target market and ideal investment for your first property.

For larger CapEx jobs, we're fine with a client getting their own quotes, in fact, sometimes this is preferable.
